REFUND POLICY
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our marshmallows, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please email us within 48 hours of delivery including your order number & clear photos and we will review your claim. We will review your claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during the postal/delivery process.

We’re passionate about creating delicious, fluffy marshmallows that everyone can enjoy. However, as our marshmallows are handmade in a space that also handles common allergens, we cannot guarantee they are allergen-free. If you have specific dietary needs or severe allergies, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We're always happy to provide more information and help you choose the best treats for you. Your health and safety are our top priority.
delivery issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by postal services, but we will do our best to assist if your order is significantly delayed or lost. Unfortunately we can't be held accountable for any damage sustained once the package has left our hands during the delivery process as this is beyond of our control.
cancellations or changes
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing them, as we begin production quickly to ensure freshness. Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All orders are handmade in small batches to ensure the freshest marshmallows possible. Orders are processed and dispatched every second Sunday, unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are sent via Express Post. We currently ship within Australia only via Australia Post services.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays. Marshmallows can be sensitive to heat! During warmer months, we recommend selecting "Signature on Delivery" to minimise exposure to high temperatures.
ORDER DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check your tracking details and contact the courier first. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at hello@marshmallowdarling.com.au.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of ordering so we can update it before dispatch.
