DELIVERY
We ship Australia-wide with express postage to ensure your marshmallows arrive fresh and delicious!
During the warmer months, we highly encourage adding 'signature on delivery' at checkout. This will help ensure your marshmallows arrive in optimum condition and aren't left in the heat if you're not home. Trust us, liquified mallows just aren't that appetising!
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We restock our website every second Sunday with a fresh new batch of marshmallow flavours. These are in-stock and ready to post, so no extended wait times to receive your goodies! Limited quantities are available so make sure you get in quick before they sell out! Have a craving for a specific flavour? We would love to hear it! ALLERGENS
We’re passionate about creating delicious, fluffy marshmallows that everyone can enjoy. However, as our marshmallows are handmade in a space that also handles common allergens, we cannot guarantee they are allergen-free. If you have specific dietary needs or severe allergies, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We're always happy to provide more information and help you choose the best treats for you. Your health and safety are our top priority.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We accept custom orders including wedding bombonieres, party favours, corporate gifts and more! If you have an event coming up and would like a unique sweet treat for your guests, please enquire via our contact us page with details including the event date, location, approximate numbers and flavour preference. We will endeavour to get back to you with a customised quote as soon as possible. Dates are filling fast so it's important to get in touch early to secure your booking!
STORAGE
To ensure optimal flavour and texture, we recommend consuming your marshmallows within 4-weeks from the date made. They are best kept at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container. If you suffered a smidge of FOMO when placing your order and not sure you can consume that many mallows in a month, never fear, you can pop them in the freezer to extend their shelf-life. When you're ready to indulge again, remove from the freezer and allow to come to room temperature before sitting down and savouring your sweet treat!
RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
We take great care in preparing and packaging our marshmallows. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send us an email to hello@marshmallowdarling.com.au within 24 hours of receipt and we’ll endeavour to rectify the situation.
Unfortunately we can't be held accountable for any damage sustained once the package has left our hands during the delivery process as this is beyond our control.
