I live on a beautiful acreage property in the Adelaide Hills with my hubby and our two amazing kids. Life is a crazy mix of work, family and creativity, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! When I’m not busy running the kids around to their extra-curricular activities, I enjoy pottering around the garden, attempting to grow some fruits and veggies and caring for our ever growing flock of chickens. 

 

My marshmallow passion was ignited about a year ago when I attempted my first ever batch of homemade mallow, and from that moment I was hooked! Extensive recipe testing and flavour experimentation ensued over the following months (hello perfectionist tendencies!), and Marshmallow Darling was born.

 

I take pride in producing small-batch marshmallows that not only meet but exceed your expectations. With every piece meticulously hand cut and packaged, you can rest assured that every pack is made with love, ensuring you receive the best quality product possible.

 

Whether enjoyed toasted over the campfire or in a mug of delicious hot chocolate, I hope that my marshmallows contribute to bringing people together through fun, laughter and lasting memories. Encouraging people to take a breath, slow down and enjoy the simple moments with their loved ones. Life is sweet.... but it's sweeter with marshmallows!
